1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and jilic ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), a Philippine-based online gaming platform operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering for, or using the jilic website located at jilic.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jilic Platform. Continued use of the Website following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use jilic services. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering for a jilic account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure without refund of any funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction

jilic services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within the Philippines when accessing and using jilic services. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or restricted is strictly prohibited. We employ geolocation technology to verify your physical location, and you consent to such verification as a condition of using jilic.

2.3 Account Registration

To use jilic gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile phone number
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Preferred payment method details (GCash, Maya, bank account, etc.)

You may register for only one (1) jilic account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

2.4 Identity Verification

jilic is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. We may request documentation including government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be restricted until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilic account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify jilic of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jilic shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us of such unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Use

Your jilic account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor may you use the account of any other person. Commercial use of jilic accounts is strictly prohibited. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any account funds to any other party.

3.3 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilic accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified on the Website. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Website and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your jilic account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required documentation submitted and approved
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by jilic
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings
• We reserve the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals during normal circumstances, though delays may occur due to verification requirements, payment processor issues, or other factors beyond our control. jilic does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jilic is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Players must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and subject to additional verification or decline.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilic offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by bonus and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. The following bonus restrictions apply:

• One bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

All games offered on jilic are subject to their individual rules and regulations, which are available within each game or upon request. By playing any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, jilic's decision, in consultation with the game provider where applicable, shall be final and binding.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games offered on jilic use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent auditors including eCOGRA. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or jilic.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. jilic is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions, software errors, disconnections, or technical failures. If a malfunction occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify affected bets, but our liability is limited to refunding affected bets only.

6.4 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus application, account balance, or any other matter, you must notify jilic customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in waiver of your claim. All disputes will be investigated and resolved by jilic in accordance with these Terms, game rules, and applicable law. jilic's decision shall be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilic and constitute material breach of these Terms:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without valid reason

7.2 Unfair Gaming Practices

• Using bots, automated systems, or software to play games
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for profit
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of bonus systems
• Arbitrage betting or any betting strategy intended to exploit promotional offers
• Collusion in poker or other multiplayer games

7.3 Illegal Activity

• Money laundering or using jilic for any illegal purpose
• Using jilic from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal
• Allowing minors to use your account
• Violating any applicable Philippine or international laws

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by jilic

jilic reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable bonus terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abusive behavior toward jilic staff or other players
• PAGCOR regulatory requirements
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns

Upon account closure by jilic, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds or funds obtained through violation of these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. jilic is not liable for any losses, damages, or lost profits resulting from account suspension or closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may self-exclude from jilic by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or receive marketing communications. jilic will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating new accounts during self-exclusion, but you are responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jilic account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any bonus wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

jilic makes no warranty that the Website or gaming services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website or gaming services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the Website.

9.2 Third-Party Services

The jilic Platform integrates with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and verification services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilic's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your jilic account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall jilic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of jilic are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jilic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and jilic, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilic customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through the courts of Metro Manila.

10.3 PAGCOR Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jilic is subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with jilic through our customer support channels, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their complaint procedures.

You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or other representative action against jilic. All disputes must be brought individually.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
